This pasta is super fresh, and the prices are just right. The service is wonderful! I've visited this place countless times with my family, and we’ve even ordered takeout a few times. We just can’t get enough! Our go-to dish is the Burrata Arrabiata.

I order from Scarpetta on the regular, and it’s always tasty and a breeze to whip up. Plus, it shows up without any hassle. Any little hiccups I've encountered (like something leaking during delivery, which is rare) have been handled swiftly, nicely, and professionally, with refunds given.

I've ordered from them in the past and the food is great - when it actually shows up. Never had issues before, but I made a new order and it hasn’t come. I reached out, but they haven’t replied to any of my emails or messages. It’s been two weeks since I placed the order and still no word from them. That’s plenty of time to let me know if there’s a problem or to refund my cash. Just steer clear.

Steer clear if you have celiac disease!

I ordered a gluten-free gnocchi meal for our Valentine's weekend, and even though I had already checked the ingredients online, I took another look since my partner is celiac. The recipe clearly says gluten-free in the title, but to my dismay, the meal still had wheat in it—breadcrumbs, to be specific.

Thank goodness we double-checked, as anyone dealing with this condition knows it could have not only spoiled our weekend but also caused serious health issues. I reached out to the company to explain the problem, but sadly, I haven't heard back. So, I felt it was necessary to leave this review to warn others.

This is the finest pasta I've ever had in London. Super convenient since you can get it delivered right to your door for a fast and yummy meal 😋 excellent quality and a true Italian vibe. I totally recommend it to anyone in search of delicious and exceptional eats!

What a disaster.

I made an order last week, and it still hasn't shown up. I'm really let down - it was meant to be a gift for a special event. The customer service from the team indicates they just don't give a hoot.

I just visited the CW location. The service was terrible! It was crowded, but several times we requested a menu from the waitress, and she got distracted, honestly taking her sweet time with everything.

We placed our drink orders, but they messed it up, and it was one of the worst beverages I've ever tasted. They did agree to cut the price in half without any fuss when I asked. I also requested tap water and had to wait a whopping 20 minutes for it.

The food was below par as well; the pasta I ordered got cold fast and had a rubbery texture.

It’s such a bummer because it felt good to be out after what felt like an eternity, but the poor service and food made me eager to head back home!

The pasta is super fresh, simple to prepare, and really brings that restaurant vibe home. It comes in lovely packaging, complete with a handwritten note that adds a nice personal feel. You get a lot for your money. We're considering getting some as gifts for pals since it makes for such a chill mealtime experience.

We just placed our second order with these Italian wizards, and it was just as tasty as the first time. The pasta is out of this world, and that handwritten note in the box? Such a sweet touch! We adore Italy, but this is pretty darn close. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Great service and speedy shipping. Arrived right on schedule and exactly when expected. The food is top-notch and truly tasty. I got a package on my birthday and I'm currently enjoying the weekly selections. Absolutely fabulous!

Expensive, mushy mess in a couple of bags. Hardly any meat in there and it looks nothing like the pictures. The so-called 'customer service' didn’t care at all. I reached out to them with my complaint, and they just said... something must've gone wrong... and that was the end of it 🤷‍♀️.

I highly suggest this. I chose to pamper myself for my birthday. The instructions were simple to follow, and the food tasted like it came from a restaurant. It truly felt like dining out. I couldn’t pick a favorite dish. As a vegetarian, I had plenty of choices. I’ll definitely be placing another order soon.

I got this as a gift. My daughter and her boyfriend really enjoyed all parts of it, especially the espresso martini. The ordering and delivery were super easy. Definitely recommend it!
